The complaint system is a communication channel to prevent illegal practices and inappropriate conduct in and out of the company.
The aim of the complaint system is
- To detect illegal practices in and out of the company.
- To facilitate its investigation and penalization.
- To prevent illegal acts.
¿What conducts can I, or should I report?
- Bribe.
- Threats.
- Robbery and fraud.
- Abuse of power and prepotency.
- Harassment and lack of morals.
- Any contrary conduct to the values and deportment code impeccable in AISLACON GROUP, and that affects work relations among collaborators, customers, suppliers, and visitors, or that risks a person's physical integrity.
REPORT RESPONSIBLY
The complaint system must not be used to cast any unfounded accusations against third parties (Truth is founded in facts).
